About Me
Welcome! I am Shilo. A little bit about me, I am a full time professor of Kinesiology and Health at Los Angeles Pierce College. I am trained in various modalities of massage such as Deep Tissue, Swedish, Trigger Point, Pre/Post Natal, and Sports massage. Other techniques I employ for overall wellness are cupping, hot stones, stretching, and aromatherapy. I have been in the wellness/fitness industry since the mid-90’s as a nationally certified personal trainer, wellness coach, a group fitness instructor, and yoga teacher. I offer services in these area as well, call for a personalized consultation. Important aspects in my life that keep me grounded and motivated are my commitments to an active and healthy lifestyle, my personal yoga practice, and of course receiving massages.
